1. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is required in full prior to the delivery of goods or completion of services.

  • Goods Delivery: Hardware may be withheld from delivery until payment is received in full.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Eftpos.

2. Sales of Goods

  • Returns: Hardware sales are final unless otherwise stated. If there is an issue with a product upon receipt, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 
  • Warranty: All items sold are covered by warranty specified by invoice provided. Where no time is specified items >$250 are generally covered by a 6-Month warranty and <$250 are 12-Month coverage. Exceptions apply. We generally will assist customers in lodging claims with manufacturers for repairs of faulty devices. 
  • Defects or Damages: If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must inform us immediately, and we will arrange a resolution.

3. Installation and Services

  • Installation: If hardware or equipment installation is part of the service, Max IT Barcaldine will ensure installation meets the required standards and is functioning correctly before signing off.
  • Consultation and Advice: Any advice provided is based on the information available at the time of consultation and may be subject to change as new technology or information becomes available.
  • Timely Service Notification: For any issues or concerns with installation or advice, we ask that you inform us in a timely manner to avoid delays in resolution.

4. Liability and Limitation

  • Max IT Barcaldine is not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays in delivery or by issues related to third-party hardware or software.

5. Privacy and Data

  • We respect your privacy. All personal data collected during the course of business will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
